We have been a local, family owned dealership since 1979. Our goal is to provide an unsurpassed sales and service experience. We pride ourselves on building relationships for life!  Stop in so I can introduce myself! I really enjoy getting to know our customers.

I spent my childhood in Evansville and moved to Ft Wayne in 1979. I graduated from Purdue University business school. I have a wife and four children. Megan and Joe attend IU; Elizabeth is at Bishop Dwenger H.S. and Amy attends St Vincent's grade school. We are parishioners at St Vincent's Catholic Church. I spend most of my time off with the family and attending the many sporting events the kids participate in. I also enjoy the outdoors and spending time at the lake in the summer.  In the fall you will find me in the woods or on the water with my kids hunting and fishing.

I have been in the Automotive Business for over 30 yrs, and have performed many duties including Parts, Sales, Finance Director and General Manager. I have been fortunate to work for reputable organizations during my career. One thing I have learned over the years is that Customer Service is the key to success. That is why I'm excited to be working for O'Daniel Ford.  I graduated from Eastside High School and attended IPFW and Taylor University. I enjoy doing activities like hiking, running, boating, playing tennis and mountain biking.

Hi, my name is Nick Rusk. I was born in Royal Center, Indiana and have lived in the Fort Wayne area for about 18 Years. I attended Pioneer High School and IPFW.  I have been employed at O'Daniel's for about 15 years. In my free time I like to relax with my lovely wife Jen and our 2 children. I love playing golf, watching basketball, and football. I pride myself on being a good person and being good at what I do. 

Hello, my name is Austin Bohlinger. I was born here in Fort Wayne and I have lived here my whole life. I attended Snider High School and I came to work for O'Daniel in May of 2020 because I wanted to be part of a dealership who took great pride in customer satisfaction and who valued their employees. I got married to my wonderful wife, Lexi in 2021. We have two beautiful daughters. We also have a dog named Kobe. In my free time I enjoy fishing, golfing and working out and I pride myself in being true to myself, honesty and customer satisfaction.

Hi there! My name is Gabe Recker. I was born and raised in Cloverdale, Ohio where I still reside. Working in auto sales a true blessing! It is the perfect profession for someone like myself, who loves both cars and people. It is my mission to make every car sale, a fond and memorable experience for everyone involved. 

Outside of the dealership you can find me enjoying time with my friends and family, cooking, washing my cars, riding my motorcycle or just trying to do my best to be an adult.

Hello! My name is Cory McGlaughn and I was born in New Haven , IN. I have lived there all my life and I attended Snider High School. I came to work for O'Daniel in January 2025 because I wanted to switch from restaurant work and try something that was more family oriented. O'Daniel offers a good home/work balance. I am married and have 4 children as well as 2 cats. I attend St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and in my free time I enjoy playing board games with my family as well as video games and watching movies with my wife. I pride myself in making those around me happy. I want my family as well as customers/friends to enjoy life and I love being able to help with that.

Hello, my name is Efrain Moreno. I was born in Fremont, Ohio and have lived in Indiana since 2013. I've been involved in the automotive and motorcycle industry since 2004. I've also owned a speed shop since 2010 and have a love for classic cars and hot rods. The most important thing to know about me is my faith in Jesus Christ and I love to serve my church and community.

Hello, my name is Michael Pocci, and I have been a sales associate with O'Daniel Ford Mitsubishi since April 2009.  I am originally from the Chicago area, and moved to Fort Wayne in 2003 when I was in the restaurant field.  I enjoy reading, cooking, going to movies, and spending time with my kids. My "children" are my dogs, Foster, a dalmatian, Buddy, a beagle/lab mix, and Duke, a pitbull.  I love selling cars and taking care of my customers.

My name is Bret Gump. I was born and raised in this area. I've been in automotive sales for over ten years and joined the O'Daniel group for their reputation and family values. In my free time I love spending time outside and being on the lake. I enjoy helping people find the right vehicle for their needs.

My name is Kenny Miller. My friends call me 'Vegas'.  I was born in Churubusco, IN, but I've been living in Fort Wayne for 24 years.  I graduated from IPFW and IU. I joined O'Daniel in March 2015 because they have a great reputation in the community. This aligns with myself because I take pride on establishing a sincere rapport with customers. Purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle should be a positive experience.

In my spare time I love to spend time with my beautiful wife Elaine, going to the lake in the summer, riding the Jet Ski and pontoon, playing golf, and watching college basketball and football.

Hello, my name is Shawn Zuber.  I was born in Fort Wayne and have lived here most of my life.  I became part of the O'Daniel family in November of 1997 because of their great reputation and to start the O'Daniel Ford Commercial Sales Division.  I pride myself in being sincere, treating others with respect, maintaining a positive attitude, giving my best and doing things right the first time (ok, most of the time!).

I am a member of Junior Achievement and St. Jude's Catholic Church.  In my spare time, I love spending it with my sons Kyle and Zachary, my granddaughter Ivyanna and the rest of my family.  I also enjoy music, movies, reading, watching and participating in various sporting events, attending concerts and hanging out with friends.

Hi, my name is Joe Ruden. I was born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, but have lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana for nine years. I studied at the University of Memphis. I joined the O'Daniel Group because I wanted to work for a dealer again, and have worked here for about 6 years. I am married to my wonderful wife, Barbara and we have 9 kids. I love to do woodworking and wood-turning in my free time. I pride myself in being handy, I will try to fix/repair anything that can be repaired.

Good day, my name is Dale Ehlerding.  I am originally from Decatur, but have lived in Fort Wayne for the last 30 years. I attended Bellmont High School and Harley Davidson University for Business Management.  I came to O'Daniel in August 2018.  I respect the company; they mirror how I want to do business.  My wife, Joyce, and I have two children, Alex and Aaron.  We belong to Praise Lutheran Church, where I sing and play guitar in praise group.  In my free time I enjoy doing home projects, bicycling, playing guitar and motorcycling (less now than before). I have always strived to provide exceptional customer service and treat customers very well in my time in the motorcycle business - and I look forward to continuing that effort here.
