Ford is known as the top name in durable pickup trucks, and within the brand, the title of toughest truck easily goes to the Super Duty line. Long known to handle the needs of even the most demanding professionals, this truck has been revamped for 2022. Now, along with being capable enough to tackle any task, the Super Duty line has also experienced significant changes to its style and interior brand enthusiasts will want to take note of.

None of the features that drivers have come to know and love have changed. The V8 engine with 1050 lb/ft of torque and 475 horsepower is impressively powerful, and capable of towing up to 37,000 pounds. Additionally, a 7850 lb payload capacity ensures that no matter what drivers wish to carry, the Super Duty can rise to the challenge.

One of the most notable areas of improvement can be seen in this truck’s impressive suite of tech features. An available 12-inch screen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and connected navigation ensure that drivers can stay connected and get their bearings without being distracted or taking their eyes off the road. Additionally, access to truck features and the digital owner’s manual via the screen removes the chance of losing a hard copy and provides all the information at the driver’s fingertips.

These features are impressive, but aren’t the whole story when it comes to updates on the truck. The Super Duty is already known for its rugged looks, but 2022’s new options step the appearance up to a newly rugged level. Springing for the Black Appearance Package will get drivers 20-inch black painted wheels, Ebony black running boards, and colored bumpers and grille bars sure to make any fan look twice.

For drivers with a specific set of needs, the Super Duty cannot be beat. In many cases, trucks this capable often lack creature comforts and appearance features, but Ford has made sure that capability doesn’t come at the expense of traveling in style. If anything, this truck carries features that put many luxury cars to shame.
