Are you looking for a midsize SUV perfect for families? Then look no further than the 2017 Edge from Ford. This year, Ford has introduced a number of new features to the Edge that make it a vehicle worthy of your consideration.

The 2017 Edge now comes with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as part of its Sync 3 infotainment system. With four new exterior colors: White Gold, Burgundy Velvet, Canyon Ridge, and Blue Jeans — you can make a bold statement. New 20-inch alloy wheels showcase your approach, while you stay warm this winter with the windshield wiper de-icer in the Cold Weather package.

U.S. News and World Report has given the Edge a score of 8.5 out of 10 within the Midsize SUV category. The Edge received a five-star crash safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. It’s also been awarded as Reader’s Digest’s Most Trusted SUV Automotive Brand.

As one of the most family-friendly two-row midsize SUVs, the Edge has a full set of safety features, an expansive interior, and superb crash test ratings. Plenty of cabin room and multiple powertrains enable buyers to choose the model that best fits them. Compared to other midsize SUVs like the Nissan Murano, and the Kia Sorento, the CX-3 provides more legroom, so your family can stretch out on those long trips.

Four trims are available, the SE, SEL, Titanium, and Sport. The SE comes with a USB port, limited voice commands, Bluetooth, and smartphone app integration. A proximity key, push-button start, 18-inch wheels, and a rearview camera are also standard features of the SE.

The SEL trim has a six-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, satellite radio, 10-way power adjustable driver’s seat, rear parking sensors, heated mirrors, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

Experience the SYNC 3 infotainment system in the Titanium trim, which has a touch screen that uses swipe and pinch gestures to navigate through the menus. Never miss a call again with the enhanced smartphone integration through Apple CarPlay or Andriod Auto. Other features include two 4.2 inch configurable driver information displays, a 12-speaker Sony audio system, Siri Eyes Free, leather-trimmed seats, two USB ports, hands-free liftgate, and ambient lighting.

The only Edge trim to come with a twin-turbocharged 2.7 liter V6 engine is the Sport package. It has a standard sport-tuned suspension system, all-wheel drive, 20-inch wheels, aluminum pedal covers, polished stainless steel exhaust tips. Fast, and comfortable, the convenience features of the Titanium carry over to the Sport.
