June is a month of milestones here at the O’Daniel Automotive Group — especially for one outstanding employee, Taylor Morgan. This month marks an important date for Taylor: his five year anniversary with O’Daniel Ford. Considering this momentous achievement, we thought we’d take the time to ask Taylor a little bit about his experience. Although the years have gone by, he’s still making strides in the industry.
“I work a lot with customers, now more than ever,” Taylor said of his work style. After having recently moved positions, this means even greater rewards. In fact, this determination to provide the best service was one of the reasons he chose to work with the O’Daniel group. As a Fort Wayne resident for over 14 years, Taylor knows the car industry and its goals.
It also seems as though working with cars is more than just a job for Taylor, because in his spare time, he also enjoys working on vintage automobiles and tractors. Taylor also owns and operates his own small farm, where he raises pigs and chickens.
When asked if he had any advice, Taylor was eager to share one significant pointer: “Always listen to those who have more experience than you; they will guide you,” he explained. Well, we’re certainly glad to hear it. Congratulations on your five year anniversary with O’Daniel Ford, Taylor! You’ve earned it.
