Classic car lovers rejoice! Ford will release the all-new 2017 Ford GT '66 Heritage Edition to pay tribute to the 1966 Le Mans-winning GT40 Mark II race car driven by Bruce McLaren and Chris Amon, with its unique black color and silver stripe. In addition, there will be other unique color schemes available with an exclusive wheel finish.

The car features a Shadow Black exterior with either a gloss or a matte finish, and a Frozen White #2 hood and door graphics with forged aluminum wheels. Many other unique exterior designs are also featured, for exterior design manager Garen Nicoghosian wanted his team to highlight where it all started with this throwback design, while also taking on modern design cues.

The interior features lavish design choices as well. It starts with Ford GT carbon-fiber seats made of Ebony leather, with pillowed inserts and embossed with plow-through stitching. The instrument panels, the pillar and the headliner, as well as the wheel all feature an Ebony leather wrap. A unique blue webbing is featured on the seat belts, adding a touch of color. Finally, the identification plate, the interior door graphic, and exposed carbon fiber stills round out this gorgeous car. The Heritage will be available in limited quantities for only the 2017 model.
