It’s hard to believe we’re well on our way through the month of August. Not only does this month mark the close of summer, but it also represents something a little more special. Here at O’Daniel Automotive Group we’re recognizing one outstanding employee! August marks the five-year anniversary of O’Daniel Ford’s own Nick Reinking. I was lucky enough to exchange a few quick words amidst his busy schedule to discover exactly how these last five years have been for Mr. Reinking.
Five years is no small commitment, so I was interested to know what made Nick choose this particular line of work. He explained that his brother-in-law was one person who greatly influenced him to choose this industry. After starting the job, it’s clear to see that it was a perfect fit. Not only is Nick an attentive and hard-working employee, but his dedication to customer service truly sets him apart. Nick stressed the importance of the customer, and further explained that simply being courteous goes a long way.
Although a job that relies so heavily on customer interaction can be challenging, that has never stopped Nick. When asked of the strongest asset he brings to this job, he simply stated, “diligence.” After five loyal years of service, there is certainly no denying this fact!
So what does a busy man like Nick do when he’s not on the job? He’s an avid reader and gamer. The scholastic side of Nick was also eager to share some sage advice to anyone thinking of starting in a similar field. He clarified, “It’s vital to be patient and most of all, work hard.”
Now is the time to commend this persistent employee on his outstanding achievement. From everyone at O’Daniel, congratulations on your five-year anniversary Nick! Keep up the great work.
